We were forged in advertising.

Our lives crossed in the world of advertising. That is where we were forged: thinking up campaigns, building brands, fighting over budgets, making consumers fall in love with products and services that lived in a world of real needs or passing whims.

We are a mix of professionals trained in advertising, design and administration. Some, enthralled from the start by the charm of the uncertainty of entrepreneurship; others, driven by the certainty of a role with room to grow inside a company.

In the end, fate brought us together through Digital Marketing. We know exactly how an agency operates and the clients who pass through it.

Today, each of us can claim more than twenty years of experience, working to make a brand exist in someone’s mind.

From advertising to artificial intelligence.

We did it well. We understood that our chapter as protagonists of Digital Marketing had ended. And so, during the pandemic, the idea began to take shape for the company that today is Navigamo. Focused on developing solutions with Artificial Intelligence to help people and companies dive into an unknown world, one that quickly revealed the future that awaits us as humanity.

This led us to build Nemo, a company that creates AI agents, at the service of anyone, without difficulty, without jargon. It operates as a self-service and today works in large organizations in both Colombia and the USA, being the right hand of many employees, helping them be more strategic, because their operational tasks no longer take hours but a few minutes.

Years ago we knew how to move thousands of people with a mass promotion and a technology that back then seemed to be from another planet. Deep down, always with the same purpose: making people see brands.

And we never thought that the brand that would one day be the most relevant is one’s own. That is what led us to build Faro.

In professional life there are cycles too.

You spend years being “the director of such-and-such”, “the founder of such-and-such company”, “the one who answers for such-and-such brand”. And one day the cycle closes. Sometimes you close it; sometimes it is closed by a world that changes faster than you can explain. And the title that defined us ceases to exist. We return to the world to be, simply, ourselves.

When we realized we were not showing up.

This group of partners and friends, we have in common that throughout our lives we told other people’s stories, while each of our own was lost: in events we already forgot, in work no one can find anymore and in conversations that came and went. It existed, but nowhere anyone could read it in full.

We understood that today, when someone wants to know whom to hire, whom to recommend or whom to go into business with, often they no longer ask another person: they ask an artificial intelligence. And those only name whom they can read. Not the best, not the one who knows the most; the one they find.

We made a living making other people’s brands visible. One day we realized that we ourselves were nowhere to be found.

That is how Faro was born.

We decided to do what we knew how to do, but in reverse: instead of putting our experience at the service of brands, now we do it for people.

That is how Faro was born. We took the artificial intelligence that had left us out, and we put it to work for everyone who understands that their own brand is the most powerful and unique thing no one can take from them.

Faro assembles each person’s professional constellation and nourishes that living library that all of us, as professionals, are made of: who we are, what we know and what we have lived.

We order your story, publish it and make it legible for Google and for artificial intelligence. So that, when someone asks about what you do, your name appears and not that of another who is surely no better than you. It is your heart beating in the digital world: if you care for it, it turns you into a reference and takes you ever further in what you are passionate about, in what you get up for each morning.

We believe in what Faro can do for you, and that is why we want to share it.

Faro awaits you.

Start by seeing what artificial intelligence answers when people ask about what you do.
