We truly listen to you
It is not a form. It is an in-depth conversation, to learn your whole story, not the summary that fits in a bio.
It is not enough for your information to exist. It has to be connected in a way AI can follow from beginning to end. We call that connection your professional constellation. The technical name is ontology, and it is the first thing we build.
Loose data are dots. An ontology is what draws the lines between them, until they form something that can be named.
Ontology comes from philosophy. It is the branch that studies what things exist and how they relate to one another. It is not a new invention or a buzzword: it is a way of thinking that is more than two thousand years old.
Over time, that same idea became a concrete tool. Encyclopedias use it to organize human knowledge. Search engines use it to understand what a word means depending on context. And artificial intelligence uses it to comprehend, not just to read, but to truly understand who someone is and why they matter.
At Faro we use it with a very specific purpose: to organize everything you are professionally so AI can understand it in full.
Think of it this way. You have years of experience, achievements, cases, knowledge, a particular way of working. All of it is real. But each piece lives in a different place, with no connection to the others.
Your ontology is what connects those pieces to each other. It is not a list of data. It is the map that tells AI: this person did this, because they know this, and that makes them the reference on this subject.
It is not one more fact about you. It is what makes all your data make sense together.
Each point on the outside is something you gave, professional or personal: a decision, a value, a way of working, a milestone. The lines travel inward and cross where there was nothing before. You can follow each line with your finger until you see it comes from you. Where there is no evidence, a gap remains. We do not fill it.
Example: the career of Valentina Ríos. Hover over or tap a conclusion to see which nodes it comes from.
Illustrative example. Valentina Ríos is a fictional person, used only to illustrate the concept.
The conclusion brings no new text: it is what its incoming lines say together. And it lights up with their light, not with its own. It says “I come from you”, not “I made it up”.
Three questions that seem simple. Almost no one has them figured out.
Your story, your values, what moves you. The path you walked, what you learned along it, and what truly matters to you in what you do.
Your experience, your achievements, the places where you left a mark. What problem you faced, how you thought it through, what changed afterward.
Your knowledge, your method, your professional obsessions. The ideas you are passionate about and that make you the reference on your subject.
AI does not work like a person. A person listens to you for five minutes and already forms an idea of who you are. AI needs that idea to be written, structured, and for each piece to point to the others.
That is why the ontology is the first thing we build. Everything that comes later at Faro, your website under your name, your monthly content, your measurements, starts here. If the ontology is well made, AI can travel through your entire story and understand why your name should be the first when someone asks about your subject.
If the ontology does not exist, AI sees fragments. And what is not fully understood is not recommended.
It is not a form. It is an in-depth conversation, to learn your whole story, not the summary that fits in a bio.
Your subjects, your way of working, your cases, your achievements. Each with its own weight, not as one more line in a list.
What proves what. What explains what. What makes you the reference in your field and not one more option among many.
Without losing your voice. What changes is the way it is ordered. The words and the story remain yours.
Not a list of loose achievements. A story that makes sense, connected from beginning to end, ready for AI to understand it and recommend you by name.
This is the first thing we build. Everything else at Faro starts here.
